1 Chronicles11:1
1 THen all Israel gathered themselves to David unto Hebron, saying, Behold, we are thy bone and thy flesh.
i. e. All the Tribes of Israel, as it is expressed, 2 Sam. 5. 1. i. e. their Elders, as it is here said v. 3. and Officers, and a great multitude of the Souldiers and People.
