30 With all his reign and his might, and the times that went over him , and over Israel, and over all the kingdoms of the countries .

i. e. The Changes which befel him, both his Persecutions and manifold Troubles; and his great Successes and Atchievements: The Word time or times being oft put for things done or happening in them, as Psal. 31. 15. & 77. 5.

Heb. Of these Countries, to wit, bordering upon the Land of Canaan, or not far from it.
