1 Corinthians12:30
30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret? .
That is, all are not, nor can be, any more than all the body can be an Ear, or an Eye, or an Hand, or a Foot: you can[illegible: 1 letter]ot expect that in a governed Body, all should be Governours; and you see by experience, that all cannot work Miracles, prophesie, speak with Tongues, or heal those that are sick.
