1 John3:24
24 And he that keepeth his comman[illegible: 2 letters]ments , dwelle[illegible: 1 letter]h in him, and he in him: and hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
I. e. He whose whole Soul is thus formed to obedie[illegible: 1 letter]tial Compliance with the Divine Will, hath most intimate Union with God in Christ; which is evident by that Spirit given to us, which hath effected both [illegible: 1 letter]hat holy Frame, and that Vnion. See Iohn 14.23.
