1 Kings16:22
22 But the people that followed Omri prevailed against the people that followed Tibni the son of Ginath: so Tibni died , and Omri reigned.
Partly, because they had the Army on their side; and principally, by the appointment and judgment of God, giving up the Israelites to him who was much the worst; ver. 25, 26.
