1 Kings20:28
28 ¶ And there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and said, Thus [illegible: 1+ letters]aith the LORD, Because the Syrians have said , The LORD is God of the hills, but he is not God of the valleys: therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I am the LORD .
Which he knew, either by common Report, strengthned by their present choice of a Plain Ground for the Battel: or rather, by Revelation from God, who discovered their secret Counsels, 2 King 6. 12.
To wit, The Universal Lord of all Places, and Persons, and Things.
