17 Now while Peter doubted in himself what this vision which he had seen, should mean; behold , the men which were sent from Cornelius, had made enquiry for Simons house, and stood before the gate,

Recollecting himself; for the vision had so affected him, that it had put him into a kind of extasy, out of which when he came unto himself,

the two servants and the Soldier which Cornelius had sent,
