Acts15:13
13 ¶ And after they had held their peace , James answered, saying, Men and brethren hearken unto me.
Barnabas and Paul had finished their narrative.
Who was sirnamed the just, and was the Son of Alpheus, and a kinsman to our Saviour, now being President of this Councel.
That is, began to speak.
