Acts7:17
17 But when the time of the promise drew nigh, which God had sworn to Abraham , the people grew and multiplied in Egypt.
Of the fulfilling of the promise; either of the increase of his seed, or of their deliverance out of Bondage, for both were promised, Gen 22.17. tho at that very time there were the greatest endeavours to hinder either, when God accomplished both.
