4 After he had slain Sihon the King of the Amorite, which dwelt in Heshbon, and Og the King of Bashan, which dwelt at Astaroth, in Edrei :
His palace or Mansion-house was at Astharoth, and he was slain at Edrei, Numb. 21. 33. of both these places see Gen. 14. 5. Jos. 13. 31.
