Deuteronomy13:14
14 Then shalt thou inquire, and make search, and ask diligently: and behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you:
This is meant of the Magistrate, to whose office this properly belongs, and of whom he continues to speak in the same manner, thou, ver. 15. and ver. 16.
