Exodus29:29
29 And the holy garments of Aaron shall be his sons after him, to be anointed therein, and to be consecrated in them.
(i. e.) His eldest sons successively.
By some other Priest, there being no other higher person who could do it, and therefore the necessity of it made it warrantable.
