Ezekiel20:47
47 And say to the forest of the south , hear the word of the LORD, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will kindle a fire in thee , and it shall devour every green tree in thee, and every dry tree: the flaming flame shall not be quenched, and all faces from the south to the north shall be burnt therein.
Iudea and Ierusalem.
Hearken diligently, and consider.
What God foretells, shall be done.
I will bring an evil like fire, the Chaldaean Forces.
In the midst of the Land.
All that flourish, and all that are poor.
It will be a raging, and swi[illegible: 1 letter]t fire.
All means that can be used, will not avail to quench this fire, till it hath burnt up all.
Persons, and Orders of men exprest by faces.
From one end of the Land to the other, the length of Iudea did so ly from South to North.
With Terrors, Labours, Flight, Famine, and Sickness occasioned by this mighty invasion, all persons shall wither, and be as parched, or burnt.
