Ezekiel21:5
5 That all flesh may know, that I the LORD have drawn forth my sword out of his sheath: it shall not return any more.
They that smart and suffer may see, and own God in their just sufferings, they that see and hear it may confess God's doings herein.
In chap. 20.48. 'tis exprest thus, it shall not be quenched, for there 'twas a fire, here it shall not return into the scabbard till it hath done full execution.
