Ezekiel26:14
14 And I will make thee like the top of a rock : thou shalt be a place to spread nets upon ; thou shalt be built no more : for I the LORD have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.

Either not this long time, or else not built in greatness, and Glory, or not raised to be a Kingdom, or not by the Inhabitants of old Tyre, or not with the same Laws, Customs, and Usages; indeed, though there was a City of that name built, yet 'twas built on the Continent, and in propriety of speech, was another City, not Old Tyrus.
