Nisan which is part of March and part of April with us.

As was appointed of old by Moses, Exod. 12. at large.

Have, and slay, for so Exod. 12.6.

The Lamb, which was to be eaten with thanksgiving for Gods sparing the Iewish Children, their first born, when he slew the chief of the strength of Egypt, and for bringing the whole house of Israel out of Egypt.

See the institution, Exod. 12.
