3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time , but at the end it shall speak , and not lie : though it tarry , wait for it, because it will surely come , it will not tarry .

The reason why it must be written is because it should not be forgotten, whilest the appointed time is somewhat far off; write it that it may be preserved in memory.

The accomplishment of the things shew'd unto thee, what thou seest is coming, and what thou foretellest to them, will take effect.

Determin'd and fixed with God though unknown to men.

When the period appointed of God shall come, then, and not till then, 'twill be accomplished.

Be accomplished, and fully made good.

Not disappoint your expectation.
