Isaiah57:7
7 Upon a lofty and high mountain hast thou set thy bed : even thither wentest thou up to offer sacrifice.
In high places, which were much used for religious Worship, both by Israelites and by Heathens.
Thine Altar, as appears from the Sacrifice here following, in which thou didst commit spiritual Whoredom with Idols. Compare Ezek. 23, 17, 41.
