13 Then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land, even the kings that sit upon Davids throne, and the priests, and the Prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem with drunkenness .

There is a Wine of astonishment and confusion, Psal. 60.3. A Wine that intoxicateth and in[illegible: 1 letter]lameth and stupifieth, as well as a Wine that refresheth, saith God, with that Wine I will fill all orders of persons, Kings, Priests, Prophets, and all the inhabitants of Ierusalem.
