24 And upon Kerioth, and upon Bozrah, and upon all the cities of the land of Moab, far or near .

God threatneth Vengeance to come upon all Moab, which had great plains, Num. 31.12. and 33.48. For the names of these Cities, and those mentioned ver. 22, 23, 24. Some of them we read of in other places of Holy Writ. Others we read not of neither is it material for us to know their situation, they are not at this day to be known by their old names, they are all here mentioned as Cities at this time belonging to the Moabites, to whom this Vengeance is threatned, and not to them onely, but to all other Cities of the Land of Moab wherever situate.
