John18:5
5 They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus saith unto them, I am he. And Judas also which betrayed him, stood with them .
They tell him Iesus of Nazareth. Christ was born in Bethlehem Iuda, Matth 2.[illegible: 1 letter]. But his Father and Mother lived at Nazareth, a City of Galilee, Luke 2.4, 39. where he lived with them, ver. 51. hence he was called Iesus of Nazareth, from the place where he lived, and most ordinarily conversed, Matth. 21.11. and 26.71. Mark 1.24. and 10.47. and 14.67. and 16.6. Christ replyeth that he was the man, and it is particularly noted, that Iudas was with this Armed company.
