3 In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water .
In these Apartments (called here Porches) there were a great number of Sick Persons, some labouring under one Infirmity, some under another: Some blind, some lame, waiting for the time when
the water should be troubled.
