15 And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned ?

Having never sate as a constant Disciple at the Feet of any of the Iewish Doctors, nor been Educated in their Schools of the Prophets; they wonder how he should come by such Knowledge of the Law of God, as he discovered in his Discourses; wherein he made it appear, that he did not onely know the letter of the Law, but the more Mysterious sense of it, the great Mysteries of the Kingdom of God.
