Lamentations3:63
63 Behold their sitting down, and rising up, I am their musick .
That is at all times when they sit down, and rise up I am their song. Though probably the words have a special reference to their sitting down at Feasts, and at their merry meetings, I am all the subject of their discourse, they spend their time in mocking and scoffing at us, and at Ierusalem we are they that make them sport.
