Leviticus19:10
10 And thou shalt not glean thy vineyard, neither shalt thou gather every grape of thy vineyard: thou shalt leave them for the poor and stranger: I am the LORD your God .
Who gave you all these things with a reservation of my authority over you and right in them, and with a charge of giving part of them to the poor.
