Leviticus26:37
37 And they shall fall one upon another , as it were before a sword, when none pursueth : and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
As souldiers use to do when their ranks are broken and they forced to flee away hastily from their pursuers.
Your guilt and fear causing you to imagine that they do pursue you when indeed they do not.
