Leviticus27:30
30 And all the tithe of the land , whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORDS: it is holy unto the LORD.
There are divers sorts of Tithes, but this seems to be understood onely of the ordinary and yearly tithes belonging to the Levites, &c. as the very expression intimates, and the addition of the fifth part in case of redemption thereof implies.
