38 And Balaam said unto Balak, Lo, I am come unto thee: have I now any power at all to say any thing the word that God putteth in my mouth, that shall I speak .
To wit, agreeable to thy expectation or my own inclination.
I am forced to do so by his superiour power, and therefore be not offended with me, if I speak things unpleasing to thee.
