Matthew Poole and continuators on Proverbs 11:14

14▪ Where no counsel is, the people fall; but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.

Or, No wise counsel, as the word properly signifies, as Iob 37. 12. Prov. 1. 5.

To wit, of wise and good Counsellors, for such will employ and unite their Counsels together for the publick good.
