14. A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth , and the recompense of a mans hands shall be rendred unto him .

By his pious and profitable Discourses.

i. e. Of his works and actions, of which the hand is the great instrument. Whereby also may be implied that God will not regard nor recompence good words, unless they be accompanied with a good conversation.

To wit, by God, to whom the work of retribution belongs.
