Proverbs23:33
33 Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things .
With evil intent, or lustfully, which is the effect of drinking much Wine, as is noted in Scripture, Gen. 19. 31, 35. Hos. 4. 18. and other Authors.
Thine Heart, which when thou hadst the use of thy wit, concealed, will then discover its wickedness, by filthy and perverse speeches.
