8. Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men .
Heb. Let them praise. Or, They shall praise, i. e. They are highly obliged to praise.
Not only to his peculiar people, but to all mankind, to whom he is very kind and bountiful.
