10. In whose▪ hands is mischief : and their right hand is full of bribes.
Who not only imagine Mischief in their Hearts, but persist in it, and execu[illegible: 1+ letters]e it with their Hands.
Which should be stretched out to execute Justice, and punish Offenders.
