11 And forgate his works, and his wonders that he had shewed them.

Not historically, but practically. They did not so remember them as to love and serve and trust that God of whose infinite power and goodness they had such ample experience. Words of knowledge, such as knowing, remembring, &c. in Scripture used frequently comprehend affection and practice, as hath been oft observed.
