Romans5:1
1. THerefore being justified by faith , we have peace which God through our Lord Jesus Christ .
As he had before asserted and proved particularly, in chap. 3.28. and 4.24.
i. e. We have reconciliation with God, who before were utter enemies to him, Col. 1.21. he is now become our friend as he was Abraham's.
