11 But now q I will not be unto the residue of this people, as in the former dayes , saith the LORD of hosts .

Since this people go about building the Temple and restoring my worship with some cheerfulness.
God changeth not, his not be[illegible: 1 letter]ng what he was to this people is a change of his Providence and his dealings with them. Our affairs will be to us as God is to us.
