Psalms123:2
"Our eyes wait upon the Lord our God."
1. What it is to wait with the eye.
2. What peculiar aspect of the Lord suggests such waiting: "Jehovah our God." The covenant God is the trusted God.
3. What comes of such waiting —"mercy."
