1. Who? All the earth.
(a) All, collectively, all classes and tribes.
(b) All numerically.
(c) All harmoniously.
2. What? Shall worship and sing.
(a) Humiliation; then,
(b) Exultation.
3. When? Shall, &c. Denotes
(a) Futurity.
