Verſe 12. His ears are open unto, &c.] Gr. His ears are unto their praiers, q[illegible: 1 letter]d. though their praiers are ſo faint that they cannot come up to God, God will come down to them. He can feel breath, when no voice can be heard, Lam. 3.56. Fletu ſapè agitur non affatu.
