2 Corinthians5:13
Verſe 13. It is to God] i. e. When to the world we ſeem mad of pride and vain-glory, yet then we reſpect only Gods glory.
It is for your ſakes] i. e. For your learning, that we are more modeſt and ſparing in commending our Apoſtleſhip. It is a good rule, Quicquid agas, propter Deum agas. Doe all for Gods ſake.
