Verſe 7. Who is for you a faithfull Miniſter] Epaphras was their City-preacher: whom therefore the Apoſtle here ſo highly commendeth. Luther is much blamed by his beſt friends for oppoſing and diſparaging Caroloſtadius among his own charge at Orlamund, anno 1524. Scultet. Annal. pag. 130. A faithfull Miniſter ſhould have all good reſpect afore his own people eſpecially.
