Ver. 9. Now God had brought Daniel into favour] God is never wanting to the truly conſcientious: let them chuſe rather to offend all the world then to do things ſinful, and they ſhall be ſure of good ſucceſſe. The Prince of the Eunuchs durſt not yield to Daniel's requeſt, but he connived at the Sewards yieldance.
