Ver. 21. In the Scripture of truth] i e. Ex uſu ſorenſi. In Gods infallible and unchangable decree, which (for our apprehenſion) are here compared to court rolles and Records. And Gods Providence (which is nothing elſe but the carrying on of his decree) is that Helm which turneth about the whole ſhip of the Univerſe.
