Ver. 30. In that night was Belſhazzar—ſlain] By Gaddatha and Gobrya two of Cyrus his Commanders who had been wronged by Belſhazzar, Xenoph. Cyrop. lib. 7. (as Xenophon alſo teſtifieth) and now took revenge on him, after that they had betrayed the City, and brought in Cyrus his army. So fell that famous Babylon—fuit Ilium & ingon[illegible: 1 letter] Gloria Teuerorum.
