Verſ. 9. What profit hath he that worketh, &c.] i. e. How can any man by any means he can uſe, help,Cui bono. or hinder this volubility and vanity that he meets with in every creature? What profit? ſee the Note on chap. 1.3. whereunto this verſe relateth, as being a concluſion of the principal argument.
