Ezekiel19:10
Ver. 10. Thy mother is like a vine in thy blood] The ſame lamentation is here continued, though under another parable, viz. of a waſted vine. Jeruſalem was once a generous fruitful ſpreading vine. It began to be ſo again in ſome ſort under Zedekiah, if he could have been contented. See on chap. 17.5, 8.
