Ver. 48. Thus will I cauſe leudneſſe to ceaſe] Thus, if it may be done no otherwiſe. Thus ſtill if men will not mend by faire means, they are taken away by death, that they may ſin no more.
That all women may be taught] That all Cities and States may hear, and fear, and do no more ſo.
Exemplo alterius qui ſapit, ille ſapit.
