Verſe 17. Now therefore if it ſeeme good] Verba byſſina.
Whether it be ſo] They ſuppoſed it was nothing ſo, and hoped that theſe Jewes would be found falſaries; but it fell out farre otherwiſe: like as Saint Pauls perſecutions at Rome fell out rather unto the furtherance of the Goſpel, then elſe, Phil. 1.12.
