Verſe 30. By faith the walls of Jericho] So do daily the ſtrong-holds of hell, 2 Cor. 10.4. See the Note there. Wherein, albeit the Lord require our continuall endeavours for the ſubduing of our corruptions during the ſix daies of this life, yet we ſhall never finde it perfectly effected, till the very evening of our laſt day.
