Verſe 6. Received tithes of Abraham] Gr. [non-Latin text not transcribed]. Tithed or tenthed Abraham, by the ſame Divine Right, whereby he bleſſed him. Melchiſedech did not take only that which Abraham was pleaſed to give him, but he tithed him, ſaith the text, he took the tenths, as his due.
